Fee routing

Creator fees from coins launched through MuskPad can be split between multiple recipients. Designate X users so the people behind a meme get credited, not just whoever pressed launch. Fee routing applies only to tokens launched through MuskPad.

The default split is editable and must total 100% before launch. Mapping an X handle to a verified wallet is planned, not implemented, so handles are recorded as intended recipients rather than resolved addresses.
